In this example, the client managed the Albion Stadium and associated facilities. We were tasked with carrying out and energy audit on the ageing building to assess where energy could be better managed and what improvements if any could be made to the building fabric, the HVAC systems, lighting and if the introduction of renewable s was a possibility along with costs of implementation and payback periods.
In this case the client had already shown an interest to explore Bio-Mass technology for their heating and hot water to replace the existing three ageing boilers.
The final report showed significant areas where changes could be made ranging from behavioural changes to short term and long term opportunities.
