Request a fire risk assessmentWho needs a fire risk assessment?
Fire risk assessments are commonly required for non-domestic premises, workplaces, commercial buildings, common-use areas, HMOs, holiday lets, care-related properties and other premises where fire safety duties apply. In Scotland, duty holders are expected to manage fire safety risks and keep suitable arrangements in place.
Typical clients include landlords, letting agents, facilities managers, business owners, housing providers, developers and property teams preparing buildings for occupation, lease, sale or compliance review.
